We understand that life is unpredictable, and sometimes plans need to change, however to keep things fair for our team and clients, we do have a cancellation policy in place.

We know that unexpected things happen, so in some cases, fees may be waived at your clinicians discretion. If you’re unsure or something has come up, please don’t hesitate to reach out and chat with us.

Cancellations

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule within 48 business hours of your appointment, a 50% fee will apply. No-shows will be charged the full appointment fee (100%).

    This policy is in place because with short notice, its often not possible for us to offer that appointment time to someone else - which impacts our ability to provide consistent care and keep things sustainable for our team.

  • If an NDIS participant needs to reschedule or cancel within 48 business hours of your appointment, the full appointment cost will be charged (100%). This fee also applies to missed appointments. This is in accordance with the NDIS Price Guide for Queensland.
