  • Every child and family is unique. We take the time to understand your goals, your sport, and your stage of development, delivering care that is tailored, practical, and aligned with real life.

  • Every aspect of care is guided by clear goals and current evidence. We focus on meaningful, measurable progress, ensuring each stage of rehabilitation supports confident movement, performance, and long-term outcomes.

  • Therapy is designed to be engaging, purposeful, and motivating at every stage. For younger children, we incorporate play-based strategies to build skills, confidence, and a positive relationship with movement.

For older children and athletes, we prioritise understanding and ownership - educating each individual on the purpose of their program, providing tailored resources, and setting clear milestones to support consistency and long-term success.

  • We are committed to honest, transparent, and ethical care. This includes clear communication, realistic expectations, and guidance that is always in the best interest of the child and their long-term wellbeing.

Our Values

Learn more about your Physio

I’m a paediatric physiotherapist with a special interest in dancers and gymnasts, combining clinical experience with an extensive background in high-level training and performance.

I represented NSW in Women’s Artistic Gymnastics and competed up to Level 8, alongside extensive dance training through the Royal Academy of Dance. I have also performed with Queensland Ballet, giving me a strong understanding of the demands placed on young performers.

Having experienced injuries myself, I’m passionate about helping children recover well, build resilience, and return to the activities they love.

I bring a warm, supportive approach to physiotherapy, backed by experience working with children from newborns through to adolescents across both private practice and education settings.
